Is it safe to have sex with someone with chlamydia when using a condom?

My girlfriend has just found out that she caught chlamydia of an ex boyfriend. She has been treated and will be clear in a matter of days however i still have to get checked for the illness now. Would it be safe to have sex with her with a condom without reinfecting her until i can get it cured if i have it??

to be honest its completely best to wait until your both in the clear even using a condom can still pass on the infection id just wait until your in the clear
